Repeated platform unresponsiveness during market open with huge volatility

During periods of high market volatility or unusually large participation (for example, today and this is mostly common during market open when there is already huge movement expected), Kite frequently becomes slow or unresponsive especially for fetching prices, order placement and exits. This is not a minor inconvenience. When the platform freezes during such moments, indices often move 1–2% within minutes or seconds and certain trades easily lose 5-10% of value.

High volatility is not an edge case, this is exactly when reliability matters the most and constant issues during these incidents points to architecture limitations rather than isolated scenarios. The usual response is that the issue has been fixed and users should try again after some time, but by then the opportunity to create value or manage risk is already lost.

There are many things Kite does right, but this has been a recurring problem and needs a more concrete explanation and long term fix.

A small subset of connections experienced this issue again. Our technical team is treating this with high priority and is actively working on it. While we had earlier implemented preventive measures, we’re now strengthening them further to ensure improved stability and avoid any recurrence. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work on this.
