In Instruments CSV file, can i know what does exchange token mean ?

    It's the numerical ID issued by the exchange for the particular instrument.

    instrument_token is a numerical ID issued by us. This is used for fetching historical data with the historical API and for subscribing to live data on the WebSockets API.

    The CSV file contains the instrument and exchange tokens. Exchanges may change the tokens at any time. We recommend you fetch the instrument list once every day before market opening.
