Order Rejection Response in case of Insufficient funds

Hi Zerodha team, I am managing 4 family accounts through API. In all accounts except one account, in case of insufficient funds, the order placement shows success (no error is received) and I receive order ID as well.

Whereas in one account FWB135, I straight way get the below error and order ID is not received.
"Insufficient funds. Required margin is 9349537.76 but available margin is 3613182.307"

Pls clarify what is leading to a different response for this account whereas the scenario is same.
