Dear Kite Support Team, We would like to report a major discrepancy in the BSE SENSEX Option Chain data being displayed on Kite. For the 11 June expiry, the 71,600 strike price is showing a Call OI of 378.57 Lakhs on Kite. However, when we verify the same strike on the official BSE Option Chain, there is either no corresponding OI data available or the displayed value is significantly different. This incorrect OI value is causing substantial issues in our option chain analysis, including: Incorrect OI-based support and resistance calculations Distorted PCR and positioning analysis Misleading OI build-up interpretation Incorrect data being displayed to our users We have attached screenshots from both Kite and the official BSE Option Chain for your reference. Details: Exchange: BSE Instrument: SENSEX Options Expiry: 11 June Strike Price: 71,600 Issue: OI value displayed on Kite appears inconsistent with official BSE data Since NiftyTrader relies on exchange data for analytics and decision-making tools, such discrepancies directly impact the accuracy of our platform and user experience. We request your team to investigate this issue urgently and confirm: Whether the displayed OI value is sourced correctly from BSE. If there is a data mapping or processing issue for this strike. The expected timeline for resolution. Please let us know if any additional information is required from our side. Regards,
