Two questions on `market_protection` for orders placed via the API.
1. The announcement said market and SL-M orders with `market_protection` set to 0 would be rejected from April 1. Is a market order or SL-M order that omits `market_protection` rejected today? If so, what is the exact error message returned?
2. When a market order is placed with `market_protection=-1`, or with a positive `market_protection` value where supported, and the price moves beyond the protection band before the whole quantity is filled, what happens to the unfilled quantity? Is it cancelled, left pending as a limit order at the band price, or something else? What `status`, `filled_quantity` and `pending_quantity` does the order show afterwards?
