Missing NSE native daily candles for 7 November 2018 Muhurat session

Hello Kite Connect data team,

Please explain the missing native day candles for 7 November 2018 for these NSE stocks:

  • AEGISLOG — instrument token 10241
  • AARTIIND — instrument token 1793
  • AARTIDRUGS — instrument token 1147137

On 13 October 2026, each request below returned HTTP 200 / success, with only a 6 November 2018 candle:

Both bounds are IST (UTC+05:30).

The three stocks have native Kite 15minute candles on 7 November at 17:30, 17:45, 18:00 and 18:15 IST, matching your announced 17:30–18:30 Muhurat session.

Daily index controls using the same bounds returned both 6 and 7 November: NIFTY SMLCAP 50 (266761), NIFTY SMLCAP 250 (267273), and NIFTY MICROCAP250 (290569). We checked daily availability by IST date, regardless of the candle's clock component.

Identity limitation: instrument IDs were recovered from unique NSE-symbol matches in the fingerprint-verified 7 October instruments CSV used by the checker. They were not retained inside query receipts or freshly verified against the provider.

Please:

  1. Confirm the appropriate historical instrument identities and explain why native daily records are absent despite the intraday session records.
  2. Clarify whether this is an intentional session rule, vendor coverage defect, or another cause.
  3. Provide the correct official retrieval location/parameters for genuine daily OHLCV records, or confirm whether the data team can investigate and restore them.

We seek genuine native daily records, not intraday-derived replacements. This inquiry does not assert historical constituent membership.
