In the holdings response, we receive a top-level used_quantity field and a nested mtf object that also contains a used_quantity field, along with mtf.quantity.
We would appreciate clarification on the following questions:
Does the top-level used_quantity include the quantity held under MTF, or does it represent only the quantity outside MTF?
What is the exact difference between the top-level used_quantity and mtf.used_quantity?
When calculating the total holdings quantity, should mtf.quantity be added to the top-level quantity, or is the MTF quantity already accounted for in the top-level quantity?
Which fields should we use to calculate the total holdings quantity accurately without double-counting MTF holdings?
We want to ensure that our holdings and portfolio calculations correctly account for both regular holdings and MTF positions.
Could you please clarify the intended usage and relationship between these fields?
