I'm testing the Kite Connect sandbox endpoint using the documented sandbox API credentials. Authentication, profile, quote, orders and positions work. However, when I call place_order(), I receive: "Please reset your password before placing the order." Is order placement supported for this sandbox user, and how can I resolve this?
