ticks transmitted when there is a change in state: Message packet content question

If I subscribe to 200 tokens, how is the message constructed by Kite API?

Suppose only one or two tokens have changed state.
Will each message (transmitted every 700 -1000 milliseconds) contain only those packets for tokens whose state has changed, or will it contain all 200 packets for the 200 tokens in every message.
