Request for token fails

hi,

i have subscribed for the kite connect. when i request the token with the below url ..

https://kite.trade/connect/login?api_key=xxx

... I am getting the following error

what is the problem?

There was a typo in the user name. The matter is now resolved. Please close this thread.
