getRTD function returns 0

Hi,

I renewed my KiteXL API subscription today. I logged in, subscribed quotes, symbols downloaded, but the getRTD function is returning 0 values for all (open, ltp, etc.) Any idea what can be the issue here? Tried logging out and logging in again, but didn't help.

Hey, I was receiving same error and then I restarted excel with option Run as Administrator and it worked
