I just started using Zerodha and want to develop a personalized client application for my trading activities. Pi is too complicated for me (I am a beginner). I thought I'd be fine with C# application for my personal use. But I see there are many complaints from users on tick delays. So I am confused now. I can't afford to have even 1 sec delay in my application. I have high speed internet connectivity 24*7 (99.99%) and I am from Kerala.
1) Where is your data center located? 2) I've read somewhere that you don't provide all ticks you receive from NSE to subscribers. Why is that so? Why can't we get all the ticks you deliver to Pi and Kite. 3) Will there ever be a sandbox/test account for developers to test the API? I believe its a necessity when you have so many bugs reported by customers.
