Just have got error 502-Bad Gateway in the morning at 11:34 am while connected to Websocket then after not able to connect about 20 minutes, was the backend down ?, Isnt this websocket reliable ?
@Shabeershah2002 We noticed a few drops on new connections ourselves but they lasted only few seconds, definitely not 20 mins. Are you using the Python client?
