Algorithmic Trading Using Kite APIs

Hi Everyone,
is it possible to use Kite APIs for algorithmic trading ?

so what i need is an API where I can place an order (or modify/delete) and also get live feed of stock prices and the order book .

If this is possible then please guide me to the steps for the same.
