I am getting error Authentication failed: Missing or invalid field `request_token`. Min length is 10

Till yesterday everything was working fine. Today using same code i am getting following error. In Navigation bar i am getting success message.

But when i try to generate session i am getting following exception
Missing or invalid field `request_token`. Min length is 10
