HTTPSConnectionPool Read timed out - Placing Order error

Even though for couple of seconds - I am seeing this error once or twice for last few days.

2018-04-27 10:00:44.675 - ERROR - order_placement - place_cover_order: failed order for DLF @222.75 with sl @224.55. Error message: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='api.kite.trade', port=443): Read timed out. (read timeout=7)

Any lights on this?
