If the ticker program is started in Full Mode when the market is closed, the ticker program generates one tick (Probably last trading days, last tick).

When you add None to 'last_trade_time' and ''timestamp" the first tick received when the market is closed will have None for 'last_trade_time' and 'timestamp'.

So my question was can the first tick have actual correct values instead of None ? Is it feasible or is it what you intented to have?
