There are two APIs "Kite Connect API" and "Candles API".
I need 5 min real time data for analysis. which one to subscribe. Also i want last traded price and percentage change and volume.
Kindly let me know.

The Candles API is an addon to Kite Connect, so if you want that, you will have to subscribe to Kite Connect first (meaning, both the APIs).
Kite Connect gives you realtime OHLC + market depth updates for instruments every second. You may be able to use this and compute your 5-min points.
Candles API is for historical data (stretching a few months back for F&O and two years back for equities). It updates every minute with minute OHLCs.
