Back in May 2017 (before version 3 API) when I had subscribed for Kite Historical API and queried for instrument 54273 (ASHOKLEY) I received candles starting from as old as April 2014 but today when I query the API with same arguments I do not find any candles prior to Feb 2015!
Why is the old data missing? Does Zerodha purge old data as new candles come in ? If Yes, how periodically?
