How to get the API Secret Key. Do i need to give something on my own. Tried my luck with own private key but getting Invalid Checksum.

Is API-Secret only shown for paid clients ? I am not able to see option for the API Secret

For trading you need to subscribe to kiteconnect.
Then you can have API key and secret.
