Placing orders in multiple accounts.

hii,
I want to make an algo that will place orders in multiple accounts what will be the best way.
1. I am not associated with any startup
2. multiple api will be too costly to run
3. Can't use Kite publisher as still orders have to be placed manually

so how can it be done now.
