in my code i am working on 15 min candle. also i am storing and working on the values based on the previous candle. e.g. if i am staring my code at 9:30am i need the data from 9:15 am to 9:30 am. similarly if i start my code at 9: 15 am then how i will get the data of the last candle which started the previous day.
