Does anyone know how to find highly volatile stocks

I want to know of some method to find high volatile stocks, like a candle with big height. I wish to find stocks that have more than few of these big height candles everyday. Any ideas will be appreciated.

you could try the NSE daily volitility files
or script=>largest(high-low) +ve (gainers) to -ve(losers) range
