Is last candle always complete candle or is it currently updating partial candle ?
For example if I query for 5 minute candles at 10:20:01 then is last going to be for (10:15-10:20) or (10:20 to 10:25).
Although we can find out by time of candle, I need actual information on this. Becauze if last candle is partial candle, then at 10:20:01 I still might have partial candle(for 10:15/20) due to err in time synch or network delay etc
Hence can u pleases clarify if last candle is 1) Completed candle or 2)Currently updating partial candle ?
