Bracket order which were placed on 14 th October not squared off.I got message from zerodha "Your bracket order positions were not squared off today due to a technical issue.They will be squared off on Monday at the markets open.we regret the inconvenience".
But on Monday morning I can see a order was placed for sell but it was CNC,it means the order which I placed on 14 th October(Friday) using MIS was converted to CNC and added to my dmat account?
Could you please explain this,and also can you let us know how frequently this technical issues can happen and how to prevent this if Zerodha fails to do it ?
If bracket orders will be not squared off it will incur huge losses sometimes for traders .
