I am neither able to speak to someone on the phone nor able to create a ticket at https://support.zerodha.com/ -- This is REALLY FRUSTRATING -- A week ago I paid Kite/Zerodha to get a one time APIKEY so I can try some stuff out.. Now I forgot their password and am unable to reset my password because of what appears to me to be seriously buggy software... Frustrating.. And a bit scary.. If simple login software cannot be written correctly, one wonders about the platform software that is supposed to execute strategies and transcations..
1. I need to login into kite.zerodha.com for getting a API TOKEN to start using the platform. I forgot the password for kite.zerodha.com : I followed exactly correctly the Forgot Password procedure several times, giving my six digit userid, pan number and email address .. Multiple times.. It says INVALID CREDENTIALS when I am sure its not because I tried multiple times...(My userid is correct because I see it on my developer.kite.trade profile where I can log in using my email address !)
2. I tried calling on phone but there are no operators
