Formula For Implied Volatility

I have been searching online for calculating the IV but the formulas that i found were very complicated. Few months ago i have seen a video regarding the IV where he used a simple formula to calculate IV and i am failed to find it again. Can anyone share me the formula for calculating IV please ?

use black scholes equation. I am been working on that a lot lately but not able to figure out a strategy based on live IV...
