NSE:ICICIBANK gives "Markets are closed right now." exception when executed during after market hour

I am trying to place regular order during non market hours. however, NSE:ICICIBANK gives "Markets are closed right now." exception when executed during after market hours . isn't this used for placing dummy order for after market hours ?
