Hi, Usually the kite API subscription gets auto-renewed every month. But today it didn't happen & all trade APIs calls failed. Have you disabled this ?

We haven't made any changes lately. Are you sure you had enough money in Zerodha account?

Yes, there was/is many times 2k.
I have manually enabled it today morning.

I got mail today that your subscription is over coz i did not renew it!

Even I had the same problem. I had to manually renew after a day when I realised my algo was failing with errors....

Are you sure you had balance in your account? Maybe your margins were blocked because of open positions.

yes had enough money and no open positions. It worked when I manually renewed it..so it wasn't an issue with amount in account.

I had more than 80 lakhs free lying in account at that time and it did not auto renew.
Zerodha at least reply to our complaints !
We are here investing in technology and you dont even have time to reply to our complaints?
