Wanted to understand if historical tickwise data is available for NSE/NFO symbols through historical data api or any other api (more granular than minute-wise data). If not, can you please advise where one can get it from.

Kite Connect doesn't provide tick by tick data. You can check with
NSE for tick by tick data
