Rates Stop in evening

As on friday today the rates of mcx have stopped coming after 4:50 pm.

You guys are charging for the same, yet the data stops whenever. The api logs out. What sort of system is this?

We have spent 3 months in creating an application above your api and now your api is going haywire.

Is there some sort of explanation to this?

    there is no solution there sujith i have been through multiple threads. I just want a simple answer why aren't the ticks coming?

    I have a client on my back who wants his money back for 3 months of work. Since your api wont work

    As mentioned in that thread the exchange was not streaming data. Trading was halted on Friday because of a technical issue at MCX what can we possibly do if the exchange goes down.

    but that was friday, your api wasnt working on monday as well.

    and even on friday other apps started showing data after sometime of the glitch while yours didnt.
