"user is not authorised on App"

I bought the API credits today for 2000 rupees but when I am running my program to obtain the "request token" , it gives me error on "Authosisation" page when I hit the button "Authorise". The error says "user is not authorised on App.". Do i need to turn something on from somewhere?

    A user has to authorize (for the first time only) for sharing data with third-party apps.

    It seems to be working fine. Can you private message the user id with which you are getting the error?

    i have messaged the user id on talk at the rate of rainmatter dot com email .. please help me resolve this.

    Kite allows only 1 user at anytime, so may be your APP (kite app) contains different user Id then with you're trying to login.
