Hi,
I have developed a desktop trading platform library and candle stick screening library which can work on the top of kite java APIs.
There is also a trading and screening desktop application which I have developed.
Can I publish the library on the public domain? Is it permissible?

Sure, you can publish it. The javakiteconnect itself is an open source library.
