Tick Data getting and Buy and Sell Order placing on the basis of Tick Data

Hi,
I want to place the buy/sell order for some calculated amounts instantly on the tick data. I have referred the following url
https://kite.trade/docs/kiteconnectjs/ticker.js.html for tick data. But, it can not explain how to place an order.

Please guide.
