issue in high and low

hello kite team,

i already raised complained for same before ,,
i am getting wrong high and low in any one or 2 scripts several times,
but everytime you are responding on blocking on main thread , but today i parallel checked in your kite mobile app in your app.

today in bank nifty up to 11:30 actual high marked 28539 , but in our stream it gives high 28489.60

in your app it also display wrong in market depth , i am attaching screen shot for your reference .
kindly look in this matter seriously and solve this issue as soon as possible.

here i am attaching both screen shots, one is kite app and another is from nse NOW terminal.

    check right now
    there is issue in low in nifty oct future
    in NSE it shows 11420.10 and in zerodha kite it shows 11422.00

    same issue in SBI oct future

    Thank you for notifying us. The team has got the issue.
    This will be fixed and deployed in the new update to Kite Ticker. It will be live by the end of next week.

    this is very long time for update ,
    why you not updating it end of this week, because of this issue also i am getting wrong analysis calculations .

    I am afraid we can't do that. If it is possible we would have done it. There are many things in the pipeline that have to go live before that. If everything is feasible then we may deploy it earlier.

    request you to update me on this topic ,whether it is updated from your end or still pending ?

    is it is pending , please give me final date to solve this issue.

    because of this issue , again i stopped my analysis ...

    The new update has issues and has been rejected by the quality team. This is might take a while to get updated. We will keep you posted here.

    today again this issues comes in natural gas oct future

    please check attachment i am getting open , high and low all are 0 in web socket stream and in rest also.
    i also checked your kite app, and same issue in your kite app also

    please check my attachment for more reference.

    now i request you to resolve this issue quickly..
    i dont know why you guys are not interested to resolve this type of serious issues quickly..

    this is such time wasting support from your company
    please do something needful in this matter...
