kiteconnect.getquote() is not working, when historical subscription disabled

I had both realtime and historical subscriptions till yesterday. yesterday I disabled my historical subscription.

since this morning, kiteconnect.getquote() is not working

are these two independent or not?

    Both are independent. Are you sure, you didn't cancel the app subscription?

    Thank you for your timely reply, we recently started sourcing 1min realtime data from truedata. there is a slight difference in truedata symbol and zerodha's symbol.

    issue was with us, and it is fixed now.
