Issue With Quotes Service - Net Change 0 for all Instruments

Document says 'net_change' will give 'The absolute change from yesterday's close to last traded price', but it is 0 for all stocks. Please help

The live market data from the exchange is coming as 0. However calculating change is simple, you can check the same
here
