Kite Historical API:: PermissionException: Insufficient permission for that call.

I did payment for historical api i.e. INR 2000 and separate payment for Interactive API i.e. INR 2000.
But i am still not able to access my historical API and getting error as mentioned in title.
Please resolve.

One has to re-generate access token after subscribing for historical data.
