No, we don't have a specific API for this. You can try building this at your end, using
Websocket streaming
for live data.

I also need it. Global Data feeds has it.
Its great to show widgets of top gainers losers for so many sites. But for me the key thing is act on top gainers and loosers when the market opens. I need it from Zerodha.
