@sujith@Nikhil.A I have added 1000 rupees (1000 credits) on Nov 25-2016 with the payment id (Payment Id: pay_6ko1XdUAVt3HKA) from my ICICI bank account. I even got an email saying the payment was successfully made to 'Rainmatter Technologies'. But it never got credited to my kite.trade account. I had to transfer 1000 credits from my zerodha equity account to purchase the API key. My zerodha id is DS9532. Can you please look into the issue?
