@ramana It may be due to one of the below reasons;
1. Your KiteXL license is expired 2. Network issue at our end 3. Network issue at Kite Server
If your KiteXL license is expired or you do not have valid license, you may purchase the same from our website. Network issues are temporary and will resolve automatically on re-login or after sometime
