Got an error "Pre-open order collection period for call auction session of was closed at...

Hi,
I was trying to place a BUY order through the kite connect API on MOTHERSUMI on 14th Jan from around 9:45 AM but kept getting an error message till 10:00 AM. Any idea why does this happen and only for this particular symbol? Other orders on that day during that time were fine.

Here is the error from my logs:

Pre-open order collection period for call auction session of MOTHERSUMI was closed at 9.45 AM. New orders/modifications will be allowed after 10 AM when the stock start trading on the exchange.
