Kiteconnect Installation issue in windows 11

hi,
I have installed Python 3.10 on windows 11 system. when i try to install kiteconnect with below command i am getting error as below
pip install --upgrade kiteconnect

    python -m pip install --upgrade pip

    worked i disabled the firewall which is blocking , now successfully installed
