Refund for Mistakenly deleting App

Dear Zerodha Team,
I am new to Kite API and Algotrading in general. By mistake I deleted my already created App and this has costed me an extra 2000 to recreate it. It linked to the same algotrading service. Can you kindly provide the refund?
