TIMEOUT while accessing historical data

Today, I am facing the following timeout issue several times while accessing historical data
timeout: The read operation timed out.
Is it because of rate limits or internet connection or some inherent server problem?

Can anyone help me out on this?

    Can you give us some more information? Is this consistent or random? How often do you fetch?
    Is this minute data or day candle data?
