Trading symbols of Options on Weekly Expiry

Forming a dynamic symbol on the basis of weekly expiry.
Today, 22 Dec 23, for Bank Nifty current week expiry 27th Dec 23,
Why there is no symbol of 27th dec?

    During the week of monthly expiry, there won't be separate weekly expiry contracts. The monthly expiry takes place on the last Thursday of every month.

    Ok thanks for the response;
    Can you please suggest at 22 Dec 23 (Friday), for the current week expiry which date should be picked.
    1) Last Thursday of the every month i.e. Monthly expiry
    2) Wednesday of next month i.e. Weekly expiry.
    Please confirm.

    Yeah, this is correct. You can use the last Thursday of the month as monthly expiry in this case.
