I'm doing trading with the help of tradetron algo trading. IIFL order was reject by the zerodha on 07-03-2021. I have opened a ticket for this and they are saying like it hit the upper circuit for the day and that is the reason for this error. But it the upper circuit after 10:30AM. My order was between 9:30 and 9:45. what could be the reason for it ?
This is not placed on zerodha. I was doing algo trading on tradetron.tech, my order will come from them and it didn't happened throwing error as it blocked for MIS.
I am afraid we can't do anything now without the client id and order id. If this happens again you can follow up on the same day of the issue and we may be able to help you out find the issue.
