I am fetching 'The user is not enabled for the app' issue. how can i solve this issue, can you provider documentation for this otherwise can you send me step so i can follow your step and solve this issue.

    A Kite Connect app is provided for the personal use only. You need to use it with the client id with which you have created the app on developer console.
