@sujith@nithin Reliability of your platform has been a significant challenge last couple of days. Q is anyway extremely temperamental and one sees the NGINX errors almost all the time. Kite web has been problematic and unfortunately even the API's give Gateway errors extremely often. Like all major providers, a dashboard containing outage/health details at an API level would be most appreciated. I believe you should put it in your roadmap.
Hi @rahulchitale, We are revamping all our core APIs. Hopefully, all these issues will be gone once it is done. Our main objective has been providing reliable APIs for our clients.This is critical for us also since all our platforms are also dependent on the same APIs. Regarding backoffice, we are building new back office and it will be up soon. Once we migrate to new backoffice all these issues with backoffice will also be gone.
