Login flow for connect api

As I see in doc above url use for redirect to kite platform for login.
so my question is api_key is differ from user to user or client to client.

    You need to create a Kite Connect app on developers console to obtain the api_key.

    I created this.and tested as well for same account.
    but my question is this api key is fixed for all user or this api key is change by user to user.

    Kite Connect app is provided for personal use only. For multi-user access, you can speak to compliance team with product description. They will check and let you know the feasibility.

    An api_key is provided for an app, it can be used for one user or multiple user.
